Returns & exchanges

**Free returns inside the lower 48** for 30 days from delivery, in original condition with tags. Use the prepaid USPS label in your parcel. **Exchanges** for a different size - the same again. Free, just ask. **International returns** - you pay the shipping back. We refund as soon as it lands. Customs duties are sadly not refundable. **Made-to-order pieces** (denim with custom inseam) are non-returnable unless the fault is ours. If something goes wrong with a garment within 12 months of buying it - a seam, a button, a knit gone strange - send it back and we'll mend it or replace it.
