When you place an order we ask for your name, shipping address, email and phone. We use these to ship the order, send you a tracking link, and contact you if something has gone wrong.

We don't run ad trackers. We don't share your details with anyone outside our shipping and payments providers (USPS, UPS, Stripe). We don't have a marketing newsletter and we're not planning one.

If you'd like your record removed, email hello@marlow.example - the order history goes within a week, except where the IRS requires us to keep records for seven years.

California residents: under the CCPA you can request a full copy of any data we hold on you, or delete it. Same email.
